    • Personal Checks or Money Orders: Sorry, no personal checks, but money orders are gladly accepted. All money orders must be payable in U.S. funds.

    Shipping & Handling:

    Free shipping on all orders over $120 anywhere in the continental U.S. The following restrictions apply: Valid on Internet retail orders shipped to the USA only, not valid on wholesale orders or international orders, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses where USPS will not deliver. Each order may be shipped to only one address. Offer valid on in-stock items only. If there are out-of-stock items that cause your order to be under $120, we will let you know before we ship your order, to give you a chance to modify your order to keep it at $120 or more.

    Returns and Exchanges:

    • Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of our products, we are unable to accept order returns, issue refunds or credits. We will review potential returns only on a case by case basis, only in the instance where a product is clearly defective and not exhibiting normal variances due to the dynamic nature of ingredients used.
    • Note that these are hand crafted items and are unique. Variations in color are celebrated and enjoyed. We will not accept returns of a product due to a color/texture/swirl variation from one batch to the other.
